【概要】テクスチャー表面を薄膜が浸透している状態での薄膜の界面不安定性を論じた。単純な状況でのスケーリング法則を理論的に予言するとともに、スピンコーティング時の不安定化についても論じ、スピンコーティング時の不安定化は抑制されることを理論的に予測した。また、薄膜の厚みがテクスチャーを構成する柱の高さと同じとみなせる条件を物理的理由とともに明らかにした。</div>
